Pasture Restaurants - Hospitality / Steakhouse
Ongoing restaurant and brand photography across Pasture’s sites in Bristol, Cardiff, and Birmingham, with sessions for sister venues Radius in Bristol and Parallel in Cardiff. Files are supplied web and print ready. Collaboration since 2019.
BRIEF
Create and maintain a flexible library for menus, website, PR, social, and the online shop. Show fire-based cooking, in-house butchery, service and bar energy, people, interiors, and exteriors. Add the market garden and vineyard at Buttercliffe Farm.
APPROACH
Regular shoots on service and pre service across the three cities, with short set pieces where needed.
Food and drink: studio flash with softboxes on a neutral set, or soft natural light when the brief calls for it. Colour is matched session to session, reflections kept tidy, labels and cut lines readable.
People and action: window and ambient light first; when extra lift is required, studio flash with softboxes placed off frame to keep shape and tone natural.
Interiors and exteriors: ambient base timed to the room’s practicals and daylight, straight lines on tripod, reflections managed. A softbox lift is used for specific details when needed.
Farm and production: daylight with subtle bounce so materials and produce are clear and consistent.
DELIVERABLES
Web and print ready sets covering dishes and grills, cocktails and bar details, chef and team portraits, butchery products for online retail, interior and exterior wides, and farm and vineyard frames. Crops supplied for banners, square, and vertical formats.
USAGE
Website and menus, social media, PR, editorial and advert use, online shop, and point of sale.
